V220 - My ATA is online, why can't I get my VoIP Going?

If you can go online using your ATA, then check whether or not do you have SIP light on the modem. If you don't have the SIP light then please check the settings within the ATA and make sure you have configured it properly.

If you have SIP light and still you are not getting Dial Tone, then please try with different handset and also check with your VSP (VoIP Service Provider).
