Return Authority Form

To return faulty product(s) to NetComm Wireless for warranty repair please complete the form below. A Technical Support Technician will work with you to resolve the problem and, if unable to do so, will provide you with an Return Authorisation (RA) number and return address details. Ensure that you are familiar with NetComm’s Warranty Terms and Conditions before sending products to the NetComm Wireless Service Centre for warranty repair.

All products returned to the NetComm Wireless Service Centre must include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Your warranty claim will be refused if you are unable to produce proof of purchase and you may also be liable for costs associated with the return of the product.
