Standard Warranty Period for NetComm Wireless Products

Subject to applicable law within the country of purchase, the following standard warranty periods apply for NetComm Wireless products:

  • For Fixed Broadband devices, the standard warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.

    This may be extended (at no cost) to 2 years in total if the purchaser completes the online warranty registration form within 30 days of purchase.

    Devices purchased on or after 1st of October 2019 are covered by a 2 year warranty period from the date of purchase.

  • For M2M the standard warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.

Evidence of proof of purchase is required for a warranty claim on any NetComm Wireless products. Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase. High quality, legible copies of the original proof of purchase are acceptable.

Australian and New Zealand consumer law in certain circumstances implies mandatory guarantees, conditions and warranties which cannot be excluded by NetComm Wireless and legislation of another country's Government may have a similar effect (together these are the Consumer Protection Laws).  Any warranty or representation provided by NetComm (including the standard warranties above) is in addition to, and not in replacement of, your rights under such Consumer Protection Laws.
